Returns & Refund Policy

The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon arrival and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods if they are not returned to us within 14 days of receipt.  Bespoke products - i.e. products made up specifically to a customer requirement - will not be accepted for refund.  Such items include gift hampers and gift boxes which are not retained in stock, but are made up at the time of order.

Wherever possible, in the case of an intended return, it is advisable for the Customer to contact us by e-mail immediately the goods are received to advise us of the intention and reason for items to be returned. This will help enable us to deal with the return as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Any opened or damaged items will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

In instances in which the rejection of goods is due to discrepancy or defect, the Customer will be entitled to refund or replacement provided the goods are returned to us in their unopened and original state within 14 days of receipt to the address quoted on our website.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service and any cost of return will need to be covered by yourself.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, but if you are making a replacement order at the time of returning the original goods to us then we are happy, as a gesture of goodwill, not to charge postage on this second order.

In instances in which the rejection of goods is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to general disatisfaction not arising from any defect, etc., then the goods must be returned to us in their original and unopened state within 14 days of receipt. Wherever this applies, a partial refund (full refund, less postage) will be issued within 7 days of our safe receipt of the goods back to us.

Please note that any refunds can only be applied to the card from which payment was originally taken.

Please note that we do not offer credit notes.

The conditions set out in this Policy do not affect your statutory rights.
